1. Purpose

These terms of service (hereinafter "the Terms") set out the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website recupactif.com (hereinafter "the Site"), published by:

Browsing the Site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms by the user (hereinafter "the User"). If the User does not accept these Terms, they are invited not to use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the general use of the Site. The terms specific to the purchase of products are governed by our Terms of Sale, available separately.

2. Access to the Site

The Site is accessible free of charge, from anywhere, to any User with access to the Internet. All costs related to this access (computer equipment, Internet connection, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the User.

The publisher makes every effort to ensure quality access to the Site, but is under no obligation to achieve this. The publisher cannot be held liable for any network or server malfunction, or any other event beyond its reasonable control, that would prevent or degrade access to the Site.

The publisher reserves the right to suspend, interrupt, or limit access to all or part of the Site, without notice, particularly for maintenance operations.
