"Great programme, truly suited to everyone! You take the time to progress, gently, without burning out. It's exactly what I needed — a programme that helps me believe in myself."

Is this programme for you? The sessions are done standing and on the floor, with your weight on your legs and arms. It is not suitable for wheelchair users, nor for people with significant weakness in an arm or a leg. In those situations, an adapted physical activity (APA) instructor will build you something that genuinely fits.
I'm a state-qualified sports instructor and the founder of Orliénas Boxing Gym. Some of the people who walk through my door aren't here for performance: they're coming out of an illness, a treatment, a break from exercise that has sometimes lasted years. They come because they know I'm trained for this, recognised by specialist health organisations, and one of the few coaches offering boxing as a health & exercise programme.
With them, the first session is never a real session. I ask about their health, about where they are in their care pathway. Then we test, to see what the body can do today. The programme comes afterwards, adapted to the person.
I wrote this method down for those who can't come to me, and for those who don't yet dare to walk into a gym. Something to keep at hand, on a tablet or on paper, with no fixed time or place, to take yourself in hand again at home.
