Article 1 — Purpose and seller
These Terms of Sale govern sales made on recupactif.com, published by Christophe Lagies, sole trader (micro-entreprise), SIRET 903 818 094 00026, 172 chemin de la Combat, 69530 Orliénas, France, e-mail: lagieschristophe@gmail.com. Any order implies full acceptance of these Terms, available at any time from the site footer and at checkout.

Article 2 — Products
Récup'Actif sells digital content: physical-activity programmes in downloadable PDF format, for personal use. Each programme's content (duration, number of sessions, number of pages, languages) is described on its product page. These programmes are educational material about physical activity; they are not a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment and do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional. They are intended for people whose doctor has approved a return to exercise on their own.

Article 3 — Prices
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. No delivery charge applies to digital content. Récup'Actif may change its prices at any time; the price charged is the one displayed when the order is placed. Discount codes are subject to the conditions stated when they are issued (eligible customers, duration, number of uses).

Article 4 — Order and payment
The order is final once payment is confirmed. Payment is made online by card, Shop Pay or PayPal through a secure payment platform. An order confirmation e-mail is sent to the address provided.

Article 5 — Delivery of digital content
The content is delivered immediately after payment confirmation, as a download link shown on the confirmation page and sent by e-mail. The link remains available from the order e-mail. In case of download difficulty, the customer writes to lagieschristophe@gmail.com and receives a new copy within 48 working hours.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal and 14-day money-back guarantee
The customer has fourteen (14) days from the order to request a full refund of the programme, without giving any reason, by e-mail to lagieschristophe@gmail.com quoting the order number. The refund is made within 14 days to the original payment method. A model withdrawal form is provided at the end of these Terms; using it is optional.

Article 7 — Licence
The purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the programme for their own use, on their devices or in print. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, public sharing or use to coach third parties is prohibited without the author's written consent. Files may carry a personal watermark.

Article 8 — Legal warranties
Digital content is covered by the legal warranty of conformity (articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If a file is unreadable, incomplete or does not match its description, the customer contacts the seller, who provides a conforming version or refunds the order.

Article 9 — Liability and health
The customer exercises at their own risk. Before the first session they complete the health screening questionnaire included in the programme; a single positive answer requires seeing a doctor before starting. The seller cannot be held liable for practice that does not follow the programme's instructions or the customer's medical advice.

Article 10 — Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 11 — Mediation and disputes
In case of a complaint, the customer first writes to lagieschristophe@gmail.com. Failing a satisfactory answer within 60 days, they may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator appointed by the seller: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France — www.cm2c.net (online referral: https://www.cm2c.net/declarer-un-litige.php). The customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These Terms are governed by French law; failing an amicable solution, French courts have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
